" What started as simple curiosity gradually turned into a long-term exploration of olive oil, Mediterranean food culture and the people behind it.

Long before moving to Spain, I became interested in how olive oil changes food, flavor and even the atmosphere around the table. Living and traveling in Mediterranean countries only deepened that interest and slowly transformed it into something more serious.

After moving to Spain, I discovered an entirely new dimension of olive oil culture: olive landscapes, regional traditions, producers, tastings and the everyday presence of olive oil in Mediterranean life.

Later I completed a Master’s Degree in Olive Oil and Olive Grove Management at the University of Jaén in Spain.

Olive Oil Explorer is my attempt to combine practical knowledge, travel, culture, sensory experience and simple curiosity into one ongoing project."
